For over 35 years, the privately-owned Wilkinson Family Group has developed and released prime residential land across Queensland. To build on this momentum, we introduced Wilgrow Properties in 2022.

Dr Kym Wilkinson
Kym is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and Fellow of Engineers Australia, with over 20 years’ experience in civil infrastructure design and construction. Recognised among the Top 100 Women in Construction, she is an expert in urban stormwater drainage. At Wilgrow, Kym leads the planning, documentation and management of land development projects to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes.
Steven Wilkinson
With qualifications in civil engineering and RPEQ status, Steven is the founder of the award-winning consultancy Wilkinson Shaw & Associates. His experience in urban infrastructure, land development and construction management spans more than two decades. Through a combination of deep technical knowledge and a genuine partnership approach, Steven guides Wilgrow projects from initial site selection through to successful delivery.
Paul Wilkinson
Paul runs PMW Constructions, a highly respected and family-operated civil and residential building company. As a licensed builder and civil contractor, he also holds an extensive range of plant operator certifications. Paul has a proven track record in the management and delivery of land subdivisions and building projects right across Queensland. His technical expertise and hands-on leadership results in build-ready Wilgrow projects.
